I have been working with Danita for almost 4 years. My work in the studio and in mat class twice a week has been the most effective "treatment" for severe back pain. I have a chiropractor, physiatrist, naturopath and massage therapist, internist and other assorted M.D.’s - but if I could only have one "therapist" - I would choose Danita and continue my work with the other talented women at the studio.

Where to Start?
All sessions are 55 minutes. We encourage all new clients to begin with private sessions to familiarize onself with the equipment, exercises and address the specific needs of your body. At that point talk to your instructor about your next step.

What to Wear
Comfortable clothing that is not oversized so that the movement of the body is visible.

How Many Times a Week
You will reap the benefits if you do three hours of pilates a week. Noticeable differences will be visible with two sessions a week. As Joseph Pilates stated, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a different body."
